Vallehermoso is one of the biggest communities of La Gomera, with a total area of approximately 110km², extending from the north to the south.
The municipality, with a population of around 2,900 people, is divided into many small villages, among which are: Tamargada, Tazo, Arguamul, Alojera, El Cercado, Chipude and La Dama. Each village has something special and traditional to offer, besides, visitors should not miss the natural surroundings.
