Here we answer the most frequent questions about the booking and payment of our campers.

How can I book one of the Green Campers vehicle?

To make a reservation for one of our campers or simply send us a request, please use our contact form, where you can name the dates and the camper you are intetested in. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Where do I pick up the camper?

The pick-up and returning point is our office in Valle Gran Rey. The pick-up takes place after previous arrangement of the time, because the office is not opened at all times.

If the vehicle is taken over after 8.00 pm, a service fee of 15€ may be charged. The campers must be returned by 12:00 noon at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.

Can I rent the camper only for the weekend?

The minimum rental period is 3 days.

Can I cancel by booking?

If you cancel your reservation up to one month before the booking dates we only keep the deposit which is to be paid upfont to finalize the booking. If you cancel later we charge a 50% of the total amount of the rent.

Can I return the camper before the planned dates?

Yes you can return the camper earlier but we cannot refund the rental price.

How is the payment to be done?

The payment of the campervans can be realized in cash or by credit card. For the upfront deposit and later for the security deposit a credit card is necessary.

Is the insurance included in the price?

The rental price includes a fully comprehensive insurance with 550€ deductible of the renter.
